IT Specialist is responsible for technical support for company users as helpdesk and support company’s overall IT infrastructure and operation under a supervisor, providing support in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide technical helpdesk support for 50 users and remote users for hardware, software, telephony system including company-issued cell phones, copiers, printers, and networking issues Support company’s overall IT infrastructure and operations with the network, telephony, server, storage, cloud device hardware, and software with IT manager Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving server issues Manage company’s intranet that syncs with headquarter, including migration and IT-related operations Assess functional requirements of ERP technologies and utilize ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules and administers user acceptance testing. Configure operating systems by working with IT Manager, both laptops and desktops Document and track all IT requests; prioritize incoming support requests and resolve in a professional and timely manner Define best practices, solutions, and support procedures as necessary Manage IT inventory including hardware, software, phones, cell phones, and printers Interact with users, analyze requirements and develop technical specifications/designs for items such as custom development of enhancements, interfaces, reports, and conversions. Assist with IT projects/tasks and duties as assigned by IT Manager Any project or ad hoc projects assigned by the company Skills/Qualifications: 2~5 years experience as Information Technology Working knowledge of various software packages including Windows X, Office X, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, antivirus, computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products Good verbal and written communications skills Bilingual skills in Korean a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits package, including health (~80-90% company paid) for employee and dependents, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, company match 401K plan, vacation, floating holidays, and company holidays. Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
