Title: Credit & Collections Manager

1. Leadership qualities - great management with Accounts Receivables, debits and credits, closing AR, DSO Analysis (the average number of days it takes a company to receive payment for a sale), Bad debt
2. Great soft skills - are they an ideal team player, Hungry Humble, and Smart, can they read the room and work with different and difficult personalities and customers.
3. bachelor's in business is okay, bachelor's in accounting is preferred
Esker (finance software) experience is strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing/industrial/wholesale/construction industry

- Current manager/supervisor and experience with managing teams (more than 5)
