Job Summary:
The Mental Health professional role at Natalis is a flexible-time position that will be responsible for providing direct outpatient mental health services as an LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC at our St. Louis Park location. This clinic site is conveniently located at the four corners of Minnetonka, Plymouth, Golden Valley and St. Louis Park. The person in this role must hold excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, be able to work with a diverse team, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat diverse clients according to best practice standards, including psychological evaluations and psychotherapy interventions for clients.
- Provide supervision in our training programs and to pre-licensed clinicians
- Complete documentation of clients in a timely manner.
- Attend 4 clinical consultation groups per month
- Ability to manage a caseload based on your employment status (part-time / full-time)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Well-organized with strong problem solving
- Empathize with client needs and concerns
- Cultural competence in healthcare
- LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC – or eligible for licensure
- Pre-licensed supervision provided
- Supervisory experience
