We are looking for an e-Commerce coordinator to support the e-Commerce team. On the Naterra Sales Team you will be able to influence the organization through developing actionable insights that lead to business results. You will be a valuable team member that supports the eCommerce Account Manager working with assortment, data analysis, and the development of promotional strategy. This role presents an opportunity to collaborate and grow within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Prepares sales reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track the success of e-commerce initiatives.
• Supports the eCommerce Account Manager in the preparation and review of key meetings and activities such as item creation, maintenance and assortment review.
• Coordinate aspects of Amazon business: including new item setup, inventory management and promotions planning.
• Support the Account Manager in the review of orders, bulk buys, and shipment requests.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the product catalog, implementing SEO strategies for enhanced visibility and conversion rates on Amazon, improving customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the monthly forecast process by understanding and interpreting Amazon forecast reports and sales insights. Accurately update sales planning tools to reflect Amazon expenses actuals versus forecast.
• Analyze and interpret data to gauge trends and patterns, measure performance, and quantify opportunities that can be converted into operational insights for assigned e-tailer partners.
• Leverage insights to support strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge within the Amazon marketplace.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to successfully launch an expanded brand portfolio and new products.
