Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and loves making a great first impression? We're looking for a smiling, upbeat, and professional individual to be the heart of our front desk. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you’ll be the "face" of our clinic, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. You will also assist the Aesthetics office with social media marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first to welcome patients and visitors with a warm smile
- Be responsible for scheduling post on a weekly basis to our social media accounts to highlight specials within the Aesthetics office.
- Assist with paperwork and provide accurate information to patients
- Perform data entry of patient details with precision
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other fees
- Work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced clinic that includes Primary Care, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and Workers' Compensation
- Flexibility is key! Our office is open 6 days a week, and we need someone who can adapt to a dynamic schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, friendly personality that can handle challenges with grace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus!
- Someone with a customer-first attitude who can handle complaints and provide accurate information
