Charter School Security Guard

Nation Security is seeking motivated and professional Security Officers to join our team! We have immediate positions available for unarmed Security Officers with experience working with children and/or in a school environment. Join us to ensure the safety and protection of a school located in Clearwater, FL. Be a part of this amazing team and make a difference in the community!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and protection of the school's students, staff, visitors, and property.
• Patrol the school premises and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Permit entry and ensure proper identification procedures.
• Respond to alarms and obtain help in emergencies.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
• Protect against any trespassers when necessary.
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Security Officer class D license issued by the State of Florida.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work shifts, including holidays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ownership of a smartphone.
• Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10-12 hour shifts.
