Scheduling Coordinator

National Calibration Inc. has a full-time employment opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator with strong client service skills. Candidate should have good communication skills, multitasking, reliable, attentive, highly organized, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Primary responsibilities will be the coordination and scheduling of calibration/metrology services for our clients. You will be the main point of contact for both clients and technicians. Accurate scheduling and attention to detail are the keys to success in this position.

POSITION REQUIRES:
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external contacts
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs
Advanced organizational skills with an eye for details
Attitude for problem-solving
Experience with scheduling work and manage receipt of equipment for multiple customers
Knowledge of tools is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
