National Care Ems in Stafford, TX is looking for one billing assistant to join our team. We are located on 13902 Stafford Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. This position does require extensive driving in the greater Houston area. The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking in small groups and educating clients on medical terminology and coding, obtaining medical records from different facilities and answering questions in the field.

Responsibilities

• Educating facilities on different coding and medical terminology
• Obtaining medical records
• Following up on pending invoices
• Ensure open lines of communication between clients and National Care EMS

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00 / hour.
