• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our medical team. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical services to patients in need of critical care. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in patient care and assessment, as well as experience working in a Level II Trauma Center. • Duties :
• Respond to emergency calls and provide medical assistance to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medication as necessary to treat patients in a variety of medical situations.
• Use aseptic technique to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Perform physical examinations and utilize medical terminology to communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Operate equipment such as defibrillators and ventilators, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Work closely with emergency department staff at a Level II Trauma Center, providing critical care to patients with life-threatening injuries or illnesses.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on medical practices and procedures.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of patient care and assessment principles.
• Experience working in a hospital or ER setting.
• Ability to perform physical examinations and administer medication.
• Familiarity with DME equipment and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification as a Paramedic and current licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar environment.
