TITLE: Bookkeeper
LOCATION: Administrative office in Tucson, Arizona
SUMMARY: The position requires to enter new employee information, process accounts payable invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, scan documents, verify payouts, assist with internal and external audits, and reconciling accounts.
SUPERVISION: Financial Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
· Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and certification.
· High school diploma and 3 years experience as an entry level Bookkeeper.
· Understanding of office practices and procedures.
· Knowledge in development of Financial Spreadsheet.
· Willingness to learn new software.
· Maintain regular attendance.
· Able to perform work activities in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists with accounts payable, accounts receivables and payroll processing.
· Assists with maintenance of personal files.
· Assists with maintenance of travel records.
· Assists with maintenance of equipment and furniture inventory records.
· Assists Human Resource Officer.
· Assists with Bank Transfers.
· Assists with Development of Budgets.
· Other duties as requested.
SKILLS
· Ability to work in a professional, organized manner.
· Ability to communicate in a positive manner written and verbally.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to prioritize assignments and manage work time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.14 - $25.64 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
