Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for a Lease Accountant. (Hybrid Remote-in office 2-3x a week)
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary duties:
- Update Lease Accelerator (lease accounting software)
- Coordinate with lease administration personnel to obtain accurate and timely lease information
- Process lease payments
- Review general ledger and prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
Skills\Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or at least 5 years’ experience in the accounting field
- Must have ACS842LeaseAccounting Standards experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
Areas of responsibilities:
- Lease accounting – Right of Use and lease liability for new, modifications, terminations
- Lease accounting – Capital Lease Assets and financing liability for new, modifications, terminations
- Rent roll and prepaid rent accounting
- General accounting processes
