Collections Coordinator

Job Description
The Collections Coordinator’s duties include heavy phone interaction with clients to facilitate payments, emailing payment correspondences, receiving and issuing of invoices.

Compensation: FT: $40k | PT:$16/hour 20-25 hours/week

Location: Clearwater, Largo & North St. Pete

Qualifications:

• Organized
• Well-Spoken
• Computer-literate
• Some experience preferred but not required

Company Description: NEP provides advertising collection services to a major sports publisher that provides publications and advertising sales to colleges, universities, professional sports franchises, leagues and other entities nationwide. We strive to develop and produce quality publications that meet the needs of our clients. Our publications assist our clients in promoting themselves and their programs to fans, students, alumni, the media and the general public. We offer a wide range of services including advertising sales, layout, graphics and production. Our staff possesses the necessary expertise and technical background to assist our clients in developing quality, cost effective publications or improving existing ones.
