Job Description: The Role As a senior content designer on the Client Learning Design (CLD) team within Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS), you will design, develop, and deliver a variety of technical digital content and learning solutions that support external clients using the Wealthscape(SM) platform, including online help, standard operating procedures, conceptual information, eLearning, and job aids. The Team The CLD team is focused on new innovations and methodologies to close learner gaps by providing meaningful technical digital content and learning experiences for our clients. In this role, you will build learning and technical documentation that supports our client’s onboarding and successful continued use of our platform. You will also collaborate with fellow content designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and other cross-functional business partners to build these high-quality experiences. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 5 years of digital content design, learning/instructional design, or technical writing in a corporate setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and simplify complex concepts for target users Design clear, concise, and task-oriented content Demonstrate effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills Balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Manage tasks, issues, and solutions independently Editing experience a plus Understanding of Agile and design thinking concepts a plus Experience with HTML a plus Experience in financial services and Wealthscape a plus Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred The Value You Deliver Customer focused through content design creation and delivery Make content design decisions independently following analysis, feedback, and input you have received Value and implement team and strategy standards, styles, and templates to write accurate, well-designed, and effective content Actively collaborate with other team members and contribute ideas to ensure a consistent, unified approach to content solutions that reflect our team brand Effectively run projects and consistently meet deadlines while demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of projects from start to finish Contribute to discussions outside of day-to-day writing and development, such as emerging learning theories/approaches, analytics, user experience, and other relevant areas Samples of content design, learning/instructional design, or technical writing work required Certifications: Category: Training Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
