Come Join Our Amazing Registered Nurse Consultant Team! National HealthCare Corporation (NHC), a Senior Services company, is searching for a registered nurse to fill a Regional Nurse Consultant role in the NC/SC area. This Region Registered Nurse Consultant will support 5-6 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the White Oak Region. Excellent Compensation and Benefits Package Offered!
This position evaluates the Nursing Services of each assigned location in order to meet the total clinical needs of the residents and to maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objective of the assigned location. Also assures the location's clinical services are in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing. Must have a current and active nursing license in NC/SC. Must be a Registered Nurse with at least three years of supervisory capacity in long-term care. Excellent leadership and communication skills required. Must be knowledgeable in interpreting Federal, State and Local regulations relating to long term care. Must maintain state specific required continuing education.
Hours of work are normal business hours, however, may vary to meet the as business needs of the location and as assigned by Corporate Clinical Services Director. Travel to each location weekly required.
