What will you do?
The IT Service Engineer serves as an IT Desktop Support team member.
Coordinate the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV for conference rooms in a corporate environment.
Answer questions and trains others on related problems.
Assist others in the physical configuration and set up for the workstations.
Additional responsibilities include endpoint support, patching escalations, SCCM, and desktop management.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
3 years related work experience
Experience with corporate AV set up and troubleshooting
Workstation hardware component knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service
Who would excel in this role?
Experience with Microsoft SCCM
Patching and vulnerability remediation
Active Directory/GPO knowledge
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
ServiceNow knowledge
