Corporate Paralegal

APackaging Group (APG) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative packaging solutions. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable packaging for a wide range of industries, including cosmetics, personal care, and household products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join us.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Support legal compliance by maintaining tracking systems and managing filing deadlines
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for in-house counsel
• Maintain and update contract management systems and legal databases
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel
• Assist with corporate governance documentation and regulatory filings
• Perform administrative tasks related to legal matters, including billing and document organization
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a corporate or law firm setting
• Familiarity with legal terminology, corporate law, and contract law
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Paralegal certification is a plus
