Responsibilities
- Document production including typing, editing and proofreading letters and legal documents
- Entering and editing attorneys' and/or paralegal's time entries
- Processing and delivering client bills via mail or through email on a monthly basis
- File management and organization (both digital and paper)
- Maintaining client contacts and coordinating timekeeper calendars
- Serve as a witness and/or Notary Public at client signing of original documents
- Additional responsibilities as requested
- 2 years of supporting Trust & Estates/Tax law practice
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of automated time keeping and billing system. PerfectLaw
- Ability to work overtime as may be required.
