Senior Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases involving medical mal practice
• Organize and manage discovery and medical record review/summarization
• Help prepare for depositions, trial, arbitrations etc.
• Trial prep including binders, exhibits and help organize electronic presentations
• e-Filing experience with IL state court and federal utilizing PACER
• Conduct legal research and cite checking
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of paralegal experience
• Prior experience with litigation on the defense side is preferred
• Prior experience and an understanding of billable hours
• Tech Savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
