Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing inbound leads and developing a robust outbound sales motion to drive growth. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to ensure a seamless transition into the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute an effective outbound strategy.
- Engage prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, the #1 CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of BDR/SDR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in the finance or payment processing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
