Job Summary :
We are seeking a Temporary Site Safety Manager (6 weeks - 4 months / 9 AM-5 PM Mon - Fri) to oversee and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements. This role involves working closely with general contractors (GCs), subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction site safety management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards proactively.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Site Safety Oversight & Compliance
- Monitor and enforce OSHA regulations, site-specific safety policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA 30, OSHA 510, and other applicable safety training requirements.
- Work directly with the General Contractor (GC) and subcontractors to coordinate safety measures.
