What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relocation Specialist position at National Van Lines?
Position Summary:
This is a sales position that does not involved cold calling. Appointments have been set with you to share with prospective clients our moving process, answer their questions, provide them with a quote, and lastly have them schedule their move with us. To be qualified for this position you MUST have recent inside sales experience. Those without the required experience will not be contacted.
More on Responsibilities:
- You will reach out to clients at an assigned day and time to explain our moving process to them, answer their questions, provide a quote, and schedule their move with us.
- Set up sales transactions and close deals.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate new sales.
- Manage and report sales data within our CRM.
- This position does not require travel.
Position Requirements:
- Must have previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience.
- Previous sales experience in the household goods moving business highly desired, but not required. We will train.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
