Case Manager - Tax Resolution Firm
Compensation: $30k year-60k

Nationwide Tax Care, LLC, is a full-service tax resolution firm looking for professionals to join our team. We offer a variety of financial and tax-related services, such as help with IRS & State tax audits, tax preparation, levy releases, federal & state tax liens releases, establishing payment arrangements, reducing or releasing wage garnishments, establishing settlement agreements or currently not collectible programs, filling for innocent/injured spouse relief and ID theft cases.
Job Description:
· Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and follow up with clients
· Prepare documents & financial worksheets for taxing authorities
· Educate taxpayers on our services, processes, and procedures
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Upload transcripts, client documentation, notes, etc
· Available to work from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
· Multitask while working with customers and navigating thru our systems
Job Requirements: *
· Versed in Word, Excel, Outlook
· Bi-lingual: English/Spanish speaking is a plus
· Excellent organizational & communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent performance in high volume cases
· Consistent job history
· College degree - Minimum Requirement: Associates degree
