Requirements
The Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and assure administration of all personnel systems, procedures, and practices, such as recruitment, interviewing, hiring/selection, orientation, training (coaching, counseling), disciplinary and communication, appraising and reviewing job contributions, unemployment, employee handbook, employee records, job descriptions, payroll coordination, termination, and workers’ compensation.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, tool account deductions, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Manage employee timecards along with adjusting times as needed, update all paid time off, and handle time off requests.
- Develop and review compensation strategies, including salary, wages, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans and other compensation.
- Develop, maintain, and administer employee benefit programs and communicate information to employees.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Provide guidance and training for managers on coaching, counseling, disciplining and reviews of employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Manage short term disability and workers’ compensation program.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2-5 Years industry work experience
- 2 Years managerial experience
- Management Training
- Human Resource background
- Basic Math and Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Office)
- Effective Communication Skills
- Strong Organization Skills with attention to detail
- Prioritize Tasks
Schedule:
7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay is negotiable and based on applicant’s education and/or work experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Natoma Manufacturing.
