As a Horticultural Service Technician, you'll be the heart of our interiorscape maintenance team, ensuring that the vibrant indoor and outdoor plants in our care remain healthy and beautiful. You'll enjoy the independence of working on your own, following a structured schedule, and visiting various client locations to nurture their plants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plant Care Expert : Water, fertilize, trim, and maintain indoor and outdoor plants to keep them lush and healthy.
- Attention to Detail : Identify and remove damaged or unattractive foliage, keeping plants and their surroundings clean and appealing.
- Pest Protection : Monitor for pests and diseases, and take action to ensure plants remain in top condition.
- Visual Appeal : Stage and top-dress plants to enhance their visual impact in client spaces.
- Client Relations : Build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
