We are seeking an experienced Pond & Lake Sales - Customer Service Representative with a background in pond or lake management to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales skills to assist clients in selecting the best solutions for their water bodies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lake & pond management, be comfortable working with clients to address water quality challenges, and excel at closing sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical sales support by recommending appropriate lake management products and services.
- Educate clients on best practices for lake and pond maintenance , including aeration, nutrient management, and invasive species control.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships , ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and work proactively to expand our customer base.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting guidance , and offer technical expertise on products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in aquatic management .
- Interpret water quality data, identify weed and algae species, and prepare water quality reports based on findings.
- Track performance metrics, and meet / exceed sales targets.
