What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant (Seasonal) position at Nature Adventures?
Office Assistants check the customers in and prepare them for their experience. They answer the phones to take reservations and are responsible for the flow of the business. At times they will help customers by properly fitting them into gear, giving detailed instructions on how to kayak or paddle board, and teaching about safety. Office Assistants also work together as a team to keep the work area clean and organized. Customer service is a high priority in ensuring customers have a great experience.
Pay will also include tips.
Required skills:
Knowledge in Microsoft. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Customer service. Positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
