Requirements
Essential Functions
· Assists with cash reporting and provides backup support.
· Supports accounts payable and receivable functions.
· Conducts reconciliations of fixed assets.
· Prepare for month-end closing and reporting.
· Tracks financial transactions for accuracy.
· Performs account reconciliations.
· Evaluates physical inventory.
· Aids in the preparation processes for audits.
· Contributes to cost accounting initiatives and organizational growth.
· Monitors and assists with the company's expense reporting.
· Investigated financial discrepancies.
· Lead customer chargeback initiatives.
· Takes on additional responsibilities as needed.

Expected Hours of Work
· Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Required Education and Experience
· A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
· 1 to 3 years of experience preferred.
