Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Assistant in the Business Support Department, Administrative Division of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK.

GS-06 -Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Assistant specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative and technical support of a Purchase Card Program, purchasing supplies and services for Government use, recommending best buy based on analysis and research of price, delivery dates, quality of product, analyzing all purchase documents, investigates and reviews vendor sources based upon strict government regulations and resolves all problems including refunds, credits, non-shipment of material, disputes, and any other problems associated with getting the material or service. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Streamlines payment procedures and provides "on the spot" purchasing, receiving, and payment; 2) Utilizes Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) automated system to create, pull and track all types of documents for the purchase card program; 3) Finalizes receipt and acceptance of purchases, credit card resolution and the timely delivery of materials. 4) Maintains files on all purchase card transactions and reviews monthly credit card statements; match receipts with requests; audit periodically; and prepare discrepancy reports.
