**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and experience working with military weapon systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Apply engineering theory and principles to problems of industrial layout or manufacturing production.
- Perform time and motion studies on worker operations in various industries.
- Conduct technical assistance for existing aircraft, aircraft components, and support systems.
- Analyze, fabricate, integrate, deliver, and verify new systems.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or GED.
- Completion of a technical school, trade school, or advanced armed services technical school in electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, armaments/ordnance, or engineering technology.
- Or completion of at least 30 semester hours of course studies at an accredited college or university in engineering, physics, or related scientific field.
- At least ten (10) years of extensive experience applying engineering principles.
