Dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in the PROJECT CARGO for Oil & Gas fields and in the general project cargo environment.. Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders-EPC-. Market analysis, strategic planning, and executing business development initiatives to achieve organizational goals. The Oil / Gas projects cargo not to be limited to the USA market but generally what is also and-or mainly controlled in USA and related to other markets via the USA based ( EPCs ).

Market Analysis & Strategy Development : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new business opportunities within the shipping industry. Develop and refine business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Partnership Development & Management : Identify and approach potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Service Innovation & Customization : Collaborate with technical and service teams to develop innovative shipping solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients and partners.

Lead Generation & Commercial Support : Identify and qualify potential clients, engaging in proactive outreach and lead generation efforts. Support the commercial team in converting leads into clients.

Marketing & Branding : Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote shipping services and partnerships.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, including partnership growth, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Professional Experience
