Job description
This position requires a self-motivated individual with a high level of organizational skills, an eye for detail along with the ability to multitask and deal effectively with dealership personnel, be a team player and very dependable. This job specifically requires a detail oriented personality with problem solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with research, data-entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze
data, track information and support the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Office)
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- Prefer 1 year payroll and accounting experience
Full-time job; M-F; 8 hour shift; In person (not remote)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
