Job Overview

Duties
- Schedule appointments
- Make calls
- Review performance reports and identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Manage the used car process
- Manage Nissan personnel concerns
- Follow up on training for all Nissan employees
- Other administrative assistant responsibilities
Experience
- Previous experience in administration required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5; Competitive pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
