Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Equipment Sales Rep for the Northwest Indiana area to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical equipment to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance patient care.
Duties
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our medical equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend conferences and networking events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to medical sales.
Qualifications
- College Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in medical equipment sales or a similar field
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Vaccines required
