What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Naviron?
Naviron is pleased to partner with fast-growing startup that offers a business management SaaS solution to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry. They're growing and looking for an experienced Tier 1 Support Technician to be an integral part of their client experience and support team.
**This is a hybrid position, candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas**
What you'll do:
- Provide timely support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve basic technical and functional inquiries & provide full, accurate, and detailed answers to customer questions, striving to get the right answers the first time.
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 and work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the software platform and workflows.
- As needed, support the onboarding team with customer onboarding calls and other onboarding and setup activity.
What you have:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer support role in a SaaS company
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- HubSpot experience a big plus
Compensation:
- $24-26 hourly ($50-55K)
