Job Summary:
Provide essential support to the rehabilitation team by managing therapy preparations, clinic logistics, and patient interactions. Play a key role in maintaining efficient and effective therapy operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and therapy areas for treatment sessions.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols.
- Coordinate inventory management and supply orders.
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, and discharge processes.
- Offer flexible support at off-site locations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Rehab Aide or similar role preferred.
- Willingness to float between locations and work flexible hours.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
