Rehabilitation Aide - Therapy and Patient Support
Job Summary:
Provide hands-on support to therapists and patients in a rehabilitation setting. Ensure smooth operations by maintaining clean treatment areas, managing supplies, and performing clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists in therapy sessions, including ADLs and therapeutic exercises.
- Transport and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
- Clean and maintain therapy areas and equipment.
- Manage inventory and support supply ordering.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and organizing documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
