Healthcare IT Service Desk Analyst
Job Summary:
Support healthcare professionals by resolving technical issues in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. Ensure seamless operation of hospital information systems while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage support requests and provide timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of activities and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Handle system issues related to PACS, EPIC, and other hospital IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting radiologists or working in a hospital environment is required.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems like IIS, HIS, and PACS.
- Strong typing and documentation skills (40 WPM).
Background in service desk operations preferred.
