Job Title : Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85012
Duration : 2 Years (Extendable)
Shift : Mon - Fri, 06 AM - 06 PM (3 x 12-hour shifts / Day shift, Every Other Weekend Required)
Job Summary :
This position involves the leadership, financial management, and oversight of a multi-disciplinary Medicare-skilled nursing facility serving the long-term care and rehabilitative needs of Arizona's Veterans and members. The administrator ensures resources are efficiently utilized to achieve and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of the facility's residents.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, programs, projects, policies, and procedures related to facility operations.
- Enforce department and facility policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships with federal and state agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and other community service groups.
- Learn, implement, and monitor Arizona Management System (AMS) methods, utilizing AMS concepts and tools for problem-solving and continuous work / process improvement.
