Operating Room Surgical Tech

Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience in a Level 1 trauma or teaching hospital.
• Scrub experience in general surgery and specialty areas (ortho, neuro, trauma, vascular, ENT, GYN, bariatric, GU).
• Must not have had professional license or certification suspended or investigated.
• Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assist surgeons by scrubbing into complex surgical procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Support surgical teams in high-pressure environments.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterile technique protocols.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $3,600 - $4,600 per week
