Social Work Specialist - Acute Psychiatric Care
Qualifications:
- L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., or eligibility for licensure
- Three years of experience working in inpatient psychiatric or emergency mental health settings
Duties:
- Provide psycho-social assessments and interventions for patients in crisis
- Develop and implement discharge planning and aftercare coordination
- Support patients and families by addressing social and emotional needs
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes
- Additional tasks based on operational needs
Pay: $60 - $65/ hourly
