Tech Lead AIML Engineering

NBCUniversal is launching a groundbreaking new interactive gaming experience and is seeking key talent for leadership roles. As the AI / ML Principal Engineer you will be driving the design development and implementation of our gaming projects. You will collaborate closely with other departments including design art and production to ensure our games meet high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the entire game development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure highquality maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
