Hiring Range $31,200 - $40,000
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary staff assistant to the Director of Facilities Management and serve as the Office Coordinator for Facilities Management. Duties include answering incoming calls, Fixed Asset Coordinator, HR Unit Representative, DIT liaison, Receptionist, and general office support. This position will operate a personal computer and use a variety of applications including, but not limited to, SAP, Beacon, NeoGov, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Position utilizes a variety of office machines including, but not limited to, printers, copiers, calculators, and shredders, individual in this position must maintain a high degree of accuracy and multi-task.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Experience in computer software programs (MS Office Word and Excel), Internet, Outlook
Experience using copier, fax machine and multi-line telephone
Human Resources experience and training in SAP
Fixed asset management experience is using SAP
Experience with customer service by phone and / or in person with diverse clientele
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
