The Challenge
We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our Environmental Analysis team that supports the development of sustainable transportation infrastructure minimizing impacts on the human and natural environments. In this role, you will assist our Manager in day-to-day administrative operations of our Environmental Analysis team.
What You Bring
- Experience applying office management techniques, unit policies and practices.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service experience including resolving customer issues.
- Experience prioritizing work, managing processes and procedures to complete work assignments, and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of online databases such as Fiori (BEACON) and/or SAP.
- Experience creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and budget management.
Education & Experience
- High school/GED diploma, and
- 2 years of related administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
