Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at NCIA in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate has proven experience providing support at the leadership level while maintaining confidentiality within operations. The executive assistant will provide executive administrative assistance and support, which includes managing the calendar, developing reports, and providing general administrative assistance. The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and supporting the CEO in their day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- 5 years' Experience in executive support and administrative assistance
- Proficiency in developing and managing reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in executive assistance are a plus
