Our team operates with a mostly distributed workforce spread across the east coast, while the company President maintains a presence at the company’s Hunt Valley, MD office. We've built our reputation by combining creative excellence with deep industry expertise, developing websites and marketing software that help high-volume builders grow.
The Opportunity
As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be a crucial partner in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership. This is a newly created position for a seasoned EA who excels at creating structure, implementing systems, and proactively managing complex priorities. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on bringing order to busy days and who confidently says, "I'll handle that for you."
Core Responsibilities
- Comprehensively manage CEO's email inbox, including monitoring, filtering urgent items, drafting responses, and routing communications appropriately
- Handle complex calendar management, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring optimal time management
- Attend key meetings to capture notes, action items, and follow-up tasks
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with ultimate discretion
- Create and maintain efficient systems for information flow, task management, and follow-up
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for key meetings
- Assist with special projects and company events as needed
