Job Overview:
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to represent nDemand Consulting Services Inc. at networking events, seminars, and meetings. This role is crucial in building relationships, exchanging information, and facilitating formalized connections with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be sharp, articulate, and capable of learning about our offerings to strategically identify and cultivate relationships that align with our mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend networking events, seminars, and meetings in and around the Atlanta area to represent nDemand Consulting Services Inc.
- Proactively engage with attendees to exchange information and establish initial connections.
- Identify potential clients, partners, or collaborators who align with nDemand’s services and strategic goals.
- Book formalized follow-up meetings between contacts and nDemand’s CEO to further explore opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, serving as a brand ambassador for nDemand Consulting.
- Stay informed about nDemand’s services, offerings, and strategic goals to effectively communicate with prospective clients and partners.
- Provide event summaries, including key connections made and recommended next steps, to the internal team.
- Occasionally travel outside of the Atlanta area to attend key events (travel expenses paid by nDemand Consulting).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or networking roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to confidently engage with professionals at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple connections and follow-ups.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a keen sense of business etiquette.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate nDemand’s services and value propositions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Comfortable working independently and representing the company in diverse settings.
- Basic knowledge of federal contracting and business development (preferred but not required).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development roles.
