Join our team as a Marketing Manager, supporting NE Property Management and onsite teams in property management. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing at various properties.
Travel is required for this position (35% to 50%).
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing.
- Develop marketing strategies in Canva and Photoshop, including preferred employer flyers, open house events, resident events, and outreach marketing.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including meetings, resident events, and outreach marketing activities.
- Participate in regular calls and meetings with individual properties to review leasing and marketing performance.
- Ensure effective communication with onsite teams.
- Oversee leasing efforts and productivity at individual properties.
- Review and distribute media and marketing techniques.
- Oversee social media and advertising activity to ensure the reputation of the company
- Work closely with Property Manager to reach leasing goals.
- Oversee leasing process from start to finish.
- Maximize occupancy rates and ensure successful leasing of individual properties.
- Identify potential markets and trends.
- Advise and direct leasing team to ensure positive resident relations.
- Evaluate assigned properties to ensure leasing needs are being achieved.
