What You’ll Do as a Sales Manager

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

3. Drive Same-Day Closing Success
- Implement strategies and best practices for one-call closing in roofing sales.
- Ensure team members are confident in presenting solutions and closing deals during the first visit.
4. Hire & Retain A Talent
- Identify top-tier sales candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

5. Hands-On Coaching
- Conduct ride-alongs, team huddles, and individual skill-building sessions.
