About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned BSA/Fraud professional to lead our team of analysts in identifying and mitigating potential risks. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Lead a team of analysts in conducting quality control reviews of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reports, monitoring for suspicious activity and ensuring timely submission of required reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency of our BSA/AML program.
- Maintain accurate records of all BSA/AML-related activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BSA/AML or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with BSA/AML software systems.
