The Assistant Property Manager’s role is to assist the team in managing all aspects of rental properties. The primary goals of this position are to provide a positive customer service experience for prospective tenant and tenants alike, maintain a high occupancy rate, and maintain rent collection. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant occupancy for the properties in the Carlisle Office
o Process, review, and approve rental applications; notify applicants of decision
o Schedule and conduct showings for units
o Photograph and market vacant properties
o Respond to tenant questions and concerns
o Create tenant notices for lease renewal and breach of lease
o Approve eviction filings and attend court hearings for eviction filings
o Coordinate inspections and walk throughs with tenants
o Draft and process leases and lease renewals with tenants
o Attend court hearings for filing to represent management
- Manage tenant and property accordingly in database
o Input rent and security deposit payments
o Input tenant bills from late fees, utilities, court costs, etc.
o Create delinquency report and establish payment plans
o Assist in communication and coordinating maintenance as needed
- Schedule
o 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday
o Some evenings and weekends possible for showings
o May participate in monthly on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
- Salary commensurate with experience, paid holidays, PTO, and insurance options

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
